My background as a community support specialist, where I worked closely with families including foster families and supported individuals affected by domestic violence, has deeply shaped the way I care for my clients. It taught me the importance of listening with empathy, showing compassion, and creating a safe, nurturing space where people can truly relax and feel supported. Today, mental health challenges and the stress of modern life affect many people in ways very different from years ago. Chronic stress can impact cortisol levels in the body, which often shows on the skin through inflammation, sensitivity, and other visible signs of tension. Because of this strong connection between emotional well-being and skin health, many skincare treatments today are considered part of a holistic approach to self-care and overall wellness. For this reason, my facials are more than a routine skincare treatment they are a therapeutic experience. Behind every client is a person who may be carrying stress, insecurities, fears, or simply the need to step away from daily pressures. My suite combines the best of a med spa and a traditional spa, offering personalized treatments designed to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit through soothing aromas, calming music, and a peaceful environment.
